Global Head of Marketing

Core Purpose of My Role & What decisions I’m empowered to make The primary role of the Head of Marketing ISS is to develop and manage a global marketing strategy that delivers growth plans for Integrated Supply. Provide leadership and management of the respective marketing teams to ensure alignment, regionally, with our Brand campaign and marketing strategy through digital, agency and brand unification. Understand regional specific requirements and maximise opportunities to develop our approach to maximise awareness and generate sales leads. Review and recommend a global approach to marketing to support significant pipeline growth. Lead the design, development and implementation of marketing programs and strategies. Responsible for executing all activities related to developing a robust lead generation programme, managing information, positioning the Integrated Supply value proposition. Ensure that the marketing team transitions qualified leads to the sales team. Develop the local teams to work seamlessly across the business, creating the right, scalable, organisation design through the integration of our people and ensure the global marketing function operates effectively and efficiently. The role utilises change management principles, process controls and tools to focus on delivery of financial and operational results through effective structure and governance. The role is responsible for all aspects of the marketing requirements and manages all associated costs. Develop exceptional and highly professional client collateral, to communicate business updates, values and culture. Develop and execute global marketing strategy to launch and expand our new Integrated Supply brand in all applicable regions. Develop targeted lead generation campaigns through a variety of channels. Create and develop our joint website to encourage key stakeholder engagement. Develop a communication strategy to ensure all internal and external key stakeholders receive regular targeted communication. Ensure all marketing is targeted and measurable, with quantifiable results. Conduct regular research to provide insight into industry changes and opportunities.

Procurement Associate – French language

To manage Purchase Orders as per client’s requirements to ensure OTIF (On Time In Full) delivery to client, drive inventory level accuracy and address invoice discrepancies in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and internal procedure(s). To maintain a continuous improvement culture to ensure delivery of consistent savings and world class client service.

Key Deliverables:

• Responsible for KPI/SLA delivery in line with set objectives, (OTIF, invoice discrepancy, inventory accuracy, etc). • Support client relationship team to resolve any client escalations regarding supplier delivery (OTIF) where applicable. • Ensure proactive management of delivering OTIF goods to clients. • Responsible for delivering, monitoring, and tracking supplier OTIF, inventory level at client, invoice discrepancies. • Support procurement with the proactive management of preferred/OEM suppliers. • To expedite purchase orders in timely manner in line with client requirements. • To communicate with customers in receipt and confirm delivery in SAP. • To work closely with Stores personnel to progress any goods, supplying relevant documentation to enable the receipt of goods into the SAP system. • To drive inventory level accuracy. • To drive invoice discrepancy resolution, identify root cause and put corrective actions in place.

The Business Insight Analyst will support IESA driving the adoption of a data led transformation by supporting and delivering insights to drive performance and value for clients and colleagues. The role will work as part of client team but also in alignment with the data team to drive the business strategic goals by utilising our data assets and analytical techniques to help drive better decision making and provide valuable business insights. Reporting into Commercial Finance Manager the role is to ensure the financial integrity of the accounts that involve banking, vendor invoice processing, expense claims and general ledger journals. As part of the Finance Team, the duties will include the daily upload of banking transactions including the reconciliation back to the statements. Ensuring that all third-party overhead supplier invoices are reviewed, booked, reconciled, sent for authorisation and settled upon due date.
