Implementation Envoy – North West

Job description

This role is responsible for ensuring successful delivery of implementation projects at new and existing

client’s sites, as well as leveraging learning into continuous improvement initiatives.
You will be expected to work closely with the CI, Compliance, Projects and Client Relationship teams.

You will work collaboratively with all relevant departments to ensure processes and data capturing is robust enough to effectively deliver and execute all implementation projects.

Build a relationship with the client team, and work with the Client Relationship Manager to deliver all aspects of the implementation.

What am I responsible and accountable for and the typical decisions I make

  • Cataloguing & Verification of client Inventory
  • Enriching Inventory data quality for both IESA & Client systems.
  • Organisation of client stores to IESA Brand standards
  • Organisation of client stores to support efficient day to day process for both Client & IESA stores personnel.
  • Delivery of stores implementations to IESA Gold OpEx standard
  • Delivery of relevant KPI’s / SLA’s
  • Ensuring projects are delivered in line with agreed timescales.
  • Communication with your Team Leader & key stakeholders to ensure aligned understanding and agreed programme of activity.

Useful Experience & Skills Required

  • Excellent client facing & attention to detail skills.
  • Good working knowledge of stores & inventory management
  • Good engineering product knowledge,
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office packages
  • Previous experience within an Engineering stores environment would be advantageous.
  • Full Driving license
  • Willingness to learn & develop.
